We were challenged with bringing the concept drawings for this ‘time-themed’ display booth to life for one of our clients who were exhibiting at a trade show.
We printed the wall paper design onto plastic panels and used velcro to tape these to the exhibition room walls. The flooring design is printed onto 3mm thick ‘Palight’ and we applied a non-slip floor laminate to them for safety. We then gaffer-taped together the sheets together on the underside.
The clocks were mostly printed on vinyl and cut to shape, then positioned on the walls along with a handful of real clocks to add dimensionality. Two iPads were stationed at the left of the stand along with an interactive game where visitors could compete with each other in a time-themed challenge. Each iPad stand was wrapped in a wood-printed vinyl and we sourced an old desk and chair to fit with the theme.
For further engagement an actor dressed as ‘Father Time’. He collected the names and email addresses of visitors, using a clip board that we crafted
to look like an old scroll.
This proved to be one of the most popular stands in the show and attracted loads of attention. Our client managed to collect a long list of prospects to follow up on.
